These provide a bright light but only 5 worked and one of those was iffy. The slide switch is an improvement over those that must be continually pressed to remain lit. Enough force is required to move the switch that I'm not concerned about it being turned on accidentally. They are very lightweight, thereby not adding much weight to the key ring. If all had been functional, I would have given these 5 stars, but given how inexpensive they were, five (or maybe four after a couple of uses) was still worth the investment. ... show more

I used these lights to see my camera equipment when shooting night photography. These lights are cheap and the red lens is easy on my night vision when I just need to look the dials on my cameras or the focal settings on my lens. I just leave one tethered to my tripod and if it does or breaks, they are cheap enough to replace. ... show more

These little lights are handy and bright as heck, for there size. Bought the red lights for use in astronomy, but I didn't notice that you cannot replace the batteries. A shame. Good lights in a pinch though.

These are too dim to use at a cash register in a brightly lit store. I could not find the thread in the bill I was checking. These devices are better suited for dark lobbies and dimly lit restaurants. Not very useful in brightly lit shops. 2 of the 6 were dead. The switch was in the on position. Not all that bright. I wanted them to save my night vision and not draw attention while looking for keys, etc. Sent them back.
