After about 1 week of use and the bike doesn't work. Clutch is gone. Even before that happened the bike had very little power and my grandson is well below the weight limit. Anyone have any clue on how to get a replacement part?

We bought this bike for my 6 year old. It has been perfect for him. After 7 months one day he was riding and it just lost all power. Would not pull him even on flat ground. Im no mechanic and was worried it was something major I couldn't fix after reading all these negative reviews. After looking it all over and trying different things I found out all it was is the rear spring nut came loose and let it set to low putting to much pressure on it. Once I tighten the nut it took off and when the more you tighten it the faster it goes. Been happy with this bike and is perfect for a beginner .

The media could not be loaded. I bought this bike for my nephew and the throttle cable came off and the bike won't move. You can not give it any power to move. I can't find anyone to fix the bike. I would like my money back. Thank You
