Don’t think you can use this for anything other than a doll toy. It barely heats up at all! Now I have to buy another one and wasted my money.

It's very tiny and purple and cute! It runs a little hot and the power switch is in an awkward place; if you don't set it down right the weight of the switch will pull it off the table. Also, gotta say I do not appreciate the continued practice of re-selling returned items without a full inspection and cleaning. The box it arrived in looks like it was used for soccer practice, the cord was stuffed on top without its tie around it (it was tossed in the bottom of the box), and there was no dust sleeve - therefore dust and debris on the iron. It works well for the job I wanted it for and it was very affordable. This iron is flimsy and the heat leaks through the plastic housing so I felt better turning it off frequently so it wouldn't start to melt. As I mentioned before, the on/off switch is us in the middle of the cord and the weight of the switch actually pulls the iron over the edge of my table if I'm not paying attention when I set it down. The iron could use a little thicker housing, move the power switch to a better position and a rack or stand to hold it would be nice. Definitely not for use by children without supervision, they will definitely end up burning their fingers on this.

Very small, fits in my hand. Perfect for quilt piecing, doesn't get in the way at class & burn my arm. Great for making iron on patches & using for pearler bead designs.
