The media could not be loaded. I have to be careful moving it around. The zipper is slightly messed up after less than one month of use. None of these issues prevent me from using the product. It’s a 3 for me. Very easy to assemble although the clips that are meant to hold the racks don’t align properly. Using zip ties instead. Not very stable but still usable.

The overall concept of this is amazing. My husband was in love with the idea of being able to put his vegetables outside and get them ready for Spring. However, one good gust of wind and the entire thing toppled over and the bars broke. There was no way to save any of the plants or even try to repair the plastic bars that broke. I'm definitely not happy that it was a waste of money, but that was my mistake. I'll look for something better quality next time.
