Often times my spouse will go on a walk with our pet. Since the time change has occurred, it becomes darker quicker. This little device helps me to give a bit more security when walking alone. The device records on a SD card. Old school usb plug, but the camera head turns and it's. Low profile so it can assist in the non detection on person if issue arises. I wish it was cloud backed up, but for the price, you cannot beat it.

The audio is pretty good and records every time, but the video recorded only once after several attempts. I make sure to switch to save mode before turning it off. Maybe it would be helpful to have troubleshooting information, although the instructions aren't difficult. Not sure if this is a common problem, but I'll keep trying. It will be a bit disappointing if it continues to be unreliable.

The media could not be loaded. This is an entry level body camera. It takes generally decent videos, but the lack of a more secure connection point than the clip on the back and the lack of stabilizing software makes the image jump around (or be misdirected) if you try to hang it from a shirt or chain. It requires a SD card formatted in FAT32 which took far longer than I expected (apparently that format is not included on the latest computers). Videos record for a maximum of 10 minutes and then shut off and start the next one - there is a very brief delay between the ending of one and start of the next. However, with no external warning as to when the ten minutes are coming to an end, you have to keep one eye on the clock. The battery lasts for at least 75 minutes, but again there is no external indicator that it is about to shut down. So, easy enough to slip into a pocket or play with on the weekend, but more of a toy than professional tool.

The audio and video are great on this but it's hard to stabilize the picture. It's also really hard to tell where it's pointing. Many times I have thought that I was getting video of what I was doing, when all I got was a great shot of my double chin. It's really easy to get this thing pointed up when you think it's straight. It really needs some kind of backing on it to keep it more stable. Most of the video that I have ended up with has been very shaky and totally unstable. It's easy to use though in the audio and video are great. It's just not easy to use well. It works well with the software already in Windows 10. I didn't have to get any special software to use it. It just plugs in and it's easy to upload, View and delete etc your video. It is very good to sit down in one place and film. When my husband's workplace put in video cameras, he decided he would put his own camera in. He thought that if the boss could film him he could film The Boss. The boss quit coming too his office after that. That's why it's still there.
