I have been using this body camera for a while and it has worked as expected. The video quality is clear enough for reviewing recordings later. Audio recording has been consistent in everyday situations. The controls are simple and easy to understand without much learning. The camera feels reasonably sturdy and suitable for regular use. It stays in place when worn and does not shift much during movement. Low light recording performs adequately and helps capture footage in darker areas. The GPS feature adds useful context to recorded footage. Charging the camera is quick and does not take much effort. Battery performance has been steady during normal use. The mounting options provide flexibility depending on how it is being used. The included accessories are practical and serve their purpose well. Setup was simple and did not take long. Reviewing footage afterward has been straightforward. Overall this camera does what it is supposed to do and meets basic recording needs without unnecessary extras.

Great body cam, battery life should be better though. Wide angle view, great display screen with ease of use to turn on recording or off along with sound. Just the battery life seems to only record continually for up to 3-4 hrs of use. Thats just turning it on and letting it run until it’s dead. I’m want to see an 8 hr battery life and then I’ll give you 5 stars.

Not a bad camera for the price. Only issue I’ve noticed with it is the battery seems to drain pretty fast and takes forever to actually fully charge. Image quality and the length of the videos is amazing especially with the 4K quality. Audio function is also better than I expected with it capturing everything crystal clear without it sounding like a robot. I would give 5 stars but the battery quality could be much better than it is. Other than that it’s a great product and I’ve used it multiple times already.

About near worthless if you can't even get it to do what the joke of a manual describes in broken and poor attempt at English. The manual improperly describes several of the important features. The GPS section is totally worthless. The icon does NOT start as "White" or turn to "Green". It is reddish orange, blinks steady at all times and does not appear to work at all. The light in front is BLUE not GREEN! No need to continue. Buy something better. Needless to say, this experience has left me PO'd to the point after talking to Amazon, I have chosen to not use their service any longer. If you NEED a body camera for important use, like in court, pass on this one. If you MUST have this to help protect yourself, buy a better product and get it from a dealer that understands life and death emergencies require MUCH better product support. Do NOT rely on this camera to protect you. So far my ONLY court case based on video from this camera was immediately challenged and dismissed because the time stamp was off. 😡🤬😡 Now to add, the fast charger as is, is kinda worthless. The problem however is pretty minor, but does require some action to fix so to speak. The weight of the camera is not quite enough to cause it to sit tight into the charger. I tried repeatedly to get a good electrical connection, with marginal success. Most times it took as many as 10 to 20 tries to get it to seat tight and charge properly. I found a perfect cure, hair ties. 🤔 I use a hair tie, scrunchy, heavy rubber band, to hold it into the charger more securely. Problem solved. It charges fast now. But maybe a good mechanical engineer could fix this issus 🤔🤨🤔 All that aside, since nobody at Amazon, or the end seller, or the factory can properly explain how the gps feature works. It is honestly not worth having if I can't use all the features. Not having a single person that knows how to operate this item kinda makes me wonder why they sell them. 🤔🙄🤔 AND day by day the nightmare worsens. After I had already decided to return this junk. I decided to keep it long enough to evaluate it more, then send it back. Since my first writing I have found several more issues. BIG issues. When placing it into the fast charger, it was failing to charge at all if it wasn't placed exactly the way it desired. 🙄 I found that the weight of the unit (the xamera itself) was not enough to get it to sit in the charger fully. I came up with a temporary fix, hair ties. 🤔😁 I used a pair of hair ties to hold ot tight into the charger. It worked. It was charging more reliably. Then after a few more days, it had a new problem. It would start to charge, and turn itself back on randomly. I would turn it back off, so it would charge. Leaving it on it would not charge properly. It charged at a super slow rate at that point. It would turn back on several times. Sitting and watching and turning it back off is the ONLY way I found. I liked the features on this item compared to others, but its major shortfall is a complete and total failure to give ANY real support. If I return it and get it replaced, will I get a working unit? Based on my one phone call for customer support I now know that is a total joke at best The manual was clearly written in another language and then translated. It appears to have quite a few errors. Asking customer support resulted in a person reading the manual to me. I know how to read English just fine. The manual HAS ERRORS!!! 😳 Reading it to me was nothing shy of insulting. I got it, OK Mr. AMAZON. I actually graduated from the schools I attended. 😉 How about we contact the seller maybe? 🤔🤔 Get a better answer. If I get it replaced, the manual will still suck, customer support will still suck, and I get a bad gut feeling nobody will ever be able to tell me how to properly operate it. If I can't operate it..... kinda.... no no. TOTALLY WORTHLESS at this point and nobody at Amazon seems to care even one iota. 🤨
