This chair is small, I am 5’2” 128lbs and can sit in it comfortably with my feet either touching the floor or curled up watching tv since the seer is deep enough. I bought two of these due to their linen-like performance fabric, modern look, and 500lbs max weight capacity. (A lot of the chairs on here have a 250lbs max) A family member sat in this chair comfortably at 5’10 275ish lbs. they’re review is that the back of the chair hits right at/below the shoulder blades and the seat is lower to the ground but still a reasonable height. The cushion is sturdy enough that you don’t sink in but is still rather comfy. Swivel feature is smooth and quiet. Assembly was easy. Took me about 15 mins to screw on the bases of both of them. I searched for about a month on multiple sites before making this purchase. Im quite impressed with the quality so far (3weeks) and price of these chairs ... show more

I needed an extra chair for Christmas Eve family celebration as I just remodeled my home and haven't decided on, or purchased, all of my furniture yet. I knew i wanted a swivel chair that wasn't too big and was neutral. I got the performance beige and love the color as it looks ivory but warmer and not as stark. It is sturdy, handsome, comfortable, functional and not fussy. It fits perfectly in my living room but I can also see it in my family room and/or bedroom. Swivels smoothly and quietly and the base is wooden with a nice, rounded edge so am not worried about it ruining my floor like some of the sharp looking metal ones I viewed. Was delivered quickly and the only thing needed was to attach the base with 4 screws. I would purchase again in a heartbeat. love it. ... show more

I purchased this for my bedroom. It's would be a little small for a large living room. Fabric is good quality and soft. The chair is well made. The front view is very basic but the side looks great and has a high end design. I liked the walnut base as it matches my nightstands. The media could not be loaded. I have several cats, and in a month, they have been unable to damage the fabric in any way. The material is durable and comfortable. The chair is comfortable for reading, watching TV, or working on my notebook. The swivel allows me to change direction easily. The Blue color is a bit lighter than typical Navy Blue, but is adds a nice bit of color to the room without clashing. Very functional without taking much space. ... show more

    • Wrong color, back too short to be comfortable, not cost-effective to return
I ordered a beige model of this chair, but the one I received was white with black or dark blue flecks in it. Not sure if they were calling this particular color "beige", but it was not what I would consider beige. There was nothing on the box, in the box, or on the chair to show what color the chair was supposed to be (i.e., whether they sent me the wrong color or not). With the exception of the color, the chair looks good and seems to be of good quality. However, the back of the chair is too low (hit me just under the bottom of the shoulder blades) so was uncomfortable to sit in. Decided to try to return this chair, but return shipping was not free, and when I checked with UPS & FedEx, the price to return was the same as I paid for the chair. Not worth returning it. My recommendation is that you only buy this chair if you are sure you are going to keep it or you don't mind losing the money if you decide not to keep it. ... show more
