This tool is awesome. What is not awesome is the four attempts to reach the seller and/or Milwaukee about the two missing batteries and attachment which were included in the item description and photographs but did not come with the tool. Someone swapped the batteries out and left one 2.0 in its place. I want the batteries that I paid for! Amazon's only return option is to simply ship the tool back, but the tool works, and I need the tool. So the customer service from both entities is severely lacking, beware. ... show more

Looks really nice. I don't want to downgrade a tool I have never used, but oh man! I am a BIG fan of knockouts. This is the next level in tools. Better start saving my pennies, hope price goes down for when I have saved enough but it looks so promising and easy to use. By the way, there is a portable knockout punch that does the same work as this tool, except it's hydraulic and manual. You can get it for 1/10 the cost of this kit if not a little more but this IS the next technology; besides adding a capacity up to 4" is just so very nice!! ... show more
