    • Another great Milwaukee tool!
I love this little cutter. I have cut aluminum poles, metal handrails, bolts, etc. battery life is very good, and has plenty of power for the jobs I’ve used it on. It’s also a Milwaukee, so you know it is built well. Probably not for big jobs, but for a compact cutter it does very well.

Wicked fast little hand held cutter. I like doing fabrication in my little shop. This cut off tool makes very quick and accurate cuts. I will say the Milwaukee branded cut off disks are by far the best, and last longer than the other brands I have tried. The cheaper discs work great but not nearly as well as the Milwaukee branded disks. ... show more

    • Great tool (Battery advisory)
When I received this tool the battery would not charge. The lights just kept flashing green to red on the battery charger. This is because the Battery has discharged to a point where the charger doesn't recognize it. If you would like to fix the problem quickly rather than sending your tool back all you have to do is get a couple spade Connectors and insert them into the two slots on the battery. You will need a volt meter to make sure you get the polarity correct and then you can connect a small 12 V battery charger to the battery until its charged to right about 12 V. It shouldn't take more than five minutes .After that you can plug the battery back into the charger and it will work like new. I wouldn't advise if you don't have a meter to make sure your polarity is correct or if you're not familiar with doing this sort of thing someone who is. ... show more

This thing is awesome! This is my first Milwaukee product. My farmer friend got a bunch of barbed and panel wire wrapped around a tractor wheel and inside the wheel well - really packed. I went through many disks and alongside the help of a corded grinder we cut through it all. The power of this tool was just amazing. Because the wheels are so small they cut extremely well. I loved how compact this is and I could get this into spaces we couldn't fit the grinder into. This was an important part of our success getting all the wires out of there. Would definitely purchase again if I needed to for a use case like this. ... show more
