  • It's a Big Battery
It's a Milwaukee 9.0 battery...if you know what it is, you know why you want it. This one came in retail packaging for one single battery, in perfect condition, like it just came out of the factory. Definitely a legitimate Milwaukee battery. These work great on all sorts of Milwaukee tools. On a metal cutting circular saw, it lasts a week with daily use, down one bar by the end of the week. On an oscillating tool, you can cut out 5 outlets in the back of cabinets and it doesn't touch it. No bars down, nothing, like it never even happened. On the 1-1/8 SDS drill, you can put in 30+ 3/8 rod anchors without losing a bar of battery life. With the 6-1/2" wood cutting circular saw, you can cut literally every board and post for a deck on a single charge. You can also demo an existing deck and be down one bar. If you put it on an impact driver, you can go a month without having to charge it. If you put it on the big Fuel bandsaw, it'll last a couple days with an entire crew using it cutting 3" rigid conduit, plus the rod and strut to support it. If you don't like having to find a charger by noon, or hate coming down from the lift/ladder because your sawzall crapped out halfway through a cut, this is the battery for you. Be warned though, they're addictive - once you have one, you'll want them on every other tool you have too. ... show more

  • A K-Drill Ice Auger User Must-Have
I use my Milwaukee here in Minnesota through the winter to drill holes in the ice. The K-Drill Ice Auger chucks-up to the Milwaukee and then you have an ice auger powered by a Milwaukee drill. It's awesome! It's ultra-light and easy for smaller folks to handle. And no gas! However, as the standard 5 Amp Milwaukee battery is fine for 20 holes or so, put this 9 AMP Bad-Boy on there and you can drill seemingly forever. Besides run-time, the larger capacity also provides noticeably more drilling power because it's maintaining a higher voltage level under load. ... show more

  • Wonderful run time
I use this battery for "low demand" but continuous output devices. Like LED lights and the Milwaukee table fan (esp on higher speeds). It holds up very well with long run times between charging. I charge on normal charger as it's probably easier on the battery than the fast chargers. I own around 7 batteries. Five and Nine amp versions. Happy with them alll. Oneoption that would be nice is putting a USB output on this large battery for charging phones etc since it has so much reserve capacity with all the LG 18650 batteries packed into it. ... show more

  • Good battery good warranty
Battery only charged 3/4 and drained to 1 after 3 days. Contacted Milwaukee service center and they replaced under warranty. You and claim in USA or Canada. Print your Amazon recipe cause they need it. Got new battery after drop off 3 weeks.

  • Be careful ,could this battery burn up your tool.
I Charged this battery and used it in various tools. Worked great. However I put it in a M18 hammer drill and the drill smoked, crackled and caught on fire while under high demand drilling a 1 1/4" auger bit in wood.Bought drill in 2013 and it was 2018 and I called milwaukee and they said it was out of warranty. I thought that the drill would turn off before it would catch on fire. Either never buy a hammer drill with a battery because you need a true and tried corded hammer Drill or this battery caused the drill to burn up. This drill was barely used over the 5 yrs and the battery is high output what was the cause? Milwaukee customer service could have cared less when I contacted them . I am a Plumbing contractor and have used nothing but Milwaukee tools since 1976 . I still have Tools from the 70's. I have over $10,000.00 of nothing but Milwaukee tools. However I will be looking for a new vendor for all of my power tools. This pisses me off! ... show more

Genuine Milwaukee battery. Arrived in factory packaging. Cells manufactured in South Korea, final assembly in China. Arrived uncharged, seemed to take a charge fine. Fit, finish very good.

  • I have the M18 hole hawg and this battery makes ...
I have the M18 hole hawg and this battery makes is run forever. Yes it weighs a little more (LESS THAN 1 pound more than your standard XC batteries) but the run time is what, 75% longer? Not to mention high current output...Cooler temps for my expensive tools, sure. If you're worried about the size of this battery then go buy your yellow 60v batteries for a whopping 2 AH of run time haha! Seriously, if you want to get the job done, and you're not a P****, then get man tools and pair them with these batteries. ... show more
