Horrible customer service. Product was defective and didn’t work. I contacted him and he made me ship the item back and he said he never received it. I checked the tracking number and it said delivered. He was very u professional and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get my money back.

    • $200 6AH Battery packs supposed to power drill, but all I got was ripped off.
Had just plugged in one of those "New Batteries and was ready to start working, but my drill stopped working. Thought my drill finally died with a BRAND NEW- FRESHLY OPENED 6AH MILWAUKEE BATTERY it had to be my drill, right. We'll now the other 6AH battery fell apart in my toolbox which prompted me to look into the one installed in my drill. Littlerally scammed out of $200 for well packaged 6AH Milwaukee M12 battery they LITERALLY FORGOT TO PUT THE BATTERIES IN THE PLASTIC CASING BEFORE SEALING THESE PACKS. WTF!!???!! ... show more

can not argue the price. I primarily use these with a hex impact and 3/8 ratchet and it takes on average almost a week for me to fully go through a battery

was not at the back door it was at the shop back door and the guy didn't speak English . I asked him if he needed help no reply. Please don't sended him back. The battery are great.

I am a HVAC service tech and I bought these bc I noticed my other 12v Milwaukee batteries getting a little tired so when I got these new ones I noticed a big difference. More power and last longer
