Product came working, but it arrived in a plastic bag with a sticker that said "new product" on the UPC. Pretty sure Milwaukee doesn't normally package their products this way, so it felt more like a "trust me, bro, it's new." New batteries will not hold a charge. Unfortunately I bought it in January and did not use it within the 30 day Amazon period. Seller flatly refuses to do anything, since I bought it through Amazon. Defective product -- beware!!
