Ok, I admit. I've used those off brand batteries for Milwaukee brand tools, but after spending my hard earned money, they just don't last and soon your recycling them at your local hardware.     • Genuine Milwaukie works way better than generic.
We have over 30 Milwaukie M18 tools and at least that many batteries. For the cost savings we used to buy generic batteries. But they didn't last very long. Even though they claimed the same or higher Amp Hours, they didn't hold a charge for nearly as long, and they stopped working in less than a year. These 5.0 batteries are genuine Milwaukee Batteries for less than you would pay retail. They snapped right on and they gave my impact gun an immediate kick. Hoping they have long life as well.
