System arrived as advertised, however. Check all gaskets during initial cleaning as my collection bottle arrived with a gasket out of place causing no suction. The tubing is too stiff but usable. The collection bottle is difficult to sterilize due to multiple pieces and small crevices. The teat cups are ok but the tubing elbows at the bottom of the cups separate easily. The pump is (so far) the best part of this kit. The pump I received is better than what was advertised as it has a speed control instead of a power button. Fingers crossed that this pump lasts longer than the last.

The machine worked great to milk a cow once we learned the ins and outs. We plugged the machine in and let it run to get the suction in the container working while we got the cow in the stall. It did take 2 of us, but it could easily be done with one person. Washing was easy just don't get water in the suction hoses.

I love using this in place of my large bulky Surge belly milker. The learning curve takes some time so be extremely cautious! I blew out one of the teats on my doe because I couldn't figure out why the milk wasn't flowing and I had suction. I kept turning up the vacuum. Bad idea. Make sure you watch all of the tubes. They kink & that's why the milk wouldn't flow. I recommend finding a way to prevent the hoses from bending at the connection points.
