I've always used push sticks but decided to try a push block. I debated whether to buy a Milescraft or the more expensive green brand, but now I am so glad I bought this one. I love having the correct tools for my work shop and the safety of using a table saw is no different. I like how it works with my wood and seems to grab on to it when I’m pushing it through my saw. Keeping my fingers out of the way of the blade is very important to me as it can cause a very serious injury if you don’t use push sticks and grabber’s like this one. I’ve got a few of these and they are a necessity for my shop. I like how they work and they aren’t as expensive as others out there that have a big name but they work the same way and do the same job. I don’t think wasting money on a name brand when others are just as good at the same job. That helps me save a little bit of money for the necessities of woodworking and save for a new tool is really important for me as a retired lady who enjoys being in the shop over the kitchen. ... show more

I decided to get these to try to use on my 8" spiral head jointer and I couldn't believe how much better these are from my standard cheap push blocks that came with my machine. These have exceptional grip even when the board has some dust on it and off a wide comfortable grip for your hands. The bonus feature is the lockable plastic lip that helps push my baords safely through the jointer. Just a great concept done with great quality. I would highly recommend this. ... show more
