So why did I give it 4 stars simply put mine arrived warped as there is not a sturdy cardboard piece to prevent it from bending up in shipping. I think it would work better if I wasn't fighting micro warps though out the roll.

I love tape. I have lots of it, in many different formulations and functions, from keeping paint away from a surface to providing electrical insulation to holding helicopter rotors together. Tape is great. So, in my pursuit of a kind of tape for every situation in which two things need to be stuck together, I thought I'd give this stuff a try. I don't know what its purpose is yet, but it's at least true to its description. It has a mesh core that's easy to tear, both across its width and its length. Of course this means that the mesh doesn't provide a lot of STRUCTURE or shear strength, but I suppose it won't STRETCH, for what that's worth. The adhesive itself is quite thick. There's a lot of it. And while it's definitely very tacky as a result of this, it also releases its hold on whatever it is you put it on with relative ease, and won't damage most surfaces. Whether it pulls off a layer when stuck to paper or cardboard is a toss-up. For a tape afficionado like me, it's worth $12 to know whether or not this tape technology has a future and significant real-world application. For everyone else, it's way too expensive for what you get, considering that I'm not even sure what it's best for.

I wanted to use double sided tape to attach down a rubber cargo mat on top of a shelf unit I built for the back of my SUV. This mesh style carpet tape from MILEQEE worked great. Easy to flatten, easy to remove the lining, and sticks well. The mat is held down really well. It hasn't moved at all, even being left in a hot black SUV in the summer sun. Strong hold, but still able to remove it when I decide to change it up or replace when it gets worn down.

This is great tape for rugs on smooth surfaces like tile or porcelain floors. I noted that this doesn't stick well to "rubber" products, so you might check to see if your rug already has that on the bottom. However, in the case of sticking the rug directly to a hardwood floor, this tape does the trick very well! I even used this on my concrete floor and outdoor rug - works like a charm!

Very sticky! Works great. I needed a little something better than the gel pads for the corners. This tape works great. It's very strong, like duct tape, but is also sticky and hold the edges of the carpets down perfectly.
