I used to wear Bobbie Brown eyeliner and then I decided to try Milani stay put eyeliner and to my surprise the Milani brand is as good as the Bobbi Brown but without the tag price, I’m very pleased and so far I’m thinking in keeping buying this very inexpensive brand .

I stumbled across this brand and am impressed with it. I basically don't wear makeup except for eyeliner and am always looking for something reasonably priced. The colors are cool and it glides on. If I go to the trouble of priming it seriously lasts 12 to 16 hours. So try it.

Overall, it looks new and the tip is still there but the plastic was totally removed from the cardboard. I don’t appreciate that this was stated as new if it was technically opened. That makes me a little weary. I cleaned it off a bit. Im sure it’s fine but this shouldn’t have been stated as new.
