I can't really feel much of a tingle. I normally wear city lips which is the real deal lip plumper that defiantly works. But I wanted something with some color. So my search began. I found this. Its more of a feeling like I ate a peppermint and it got in my lips. Lol its a great shine and feel moisturized. I took the before and the after I waited until about 15 minutes after applying to take the photos. I finally just rubbed my its together. Feels like its maybe doing a little more. But still not enough for a good plump. I love it anyways, the shine it self has enough effect to make them look more plump than they was. I'm happy regardless. I still feel it was a good buy! I got the color 08 soft rose. I plan to wear more days, longer period of time, etc. And will update if there is qny more of effect or change. My update is the photo with the make up, ima say, it works. After applying a few times, I noticed something. Also if you give it a good stir, it works better! I like it. I am not sure if ill buy again. But its still worth the money. And if your looking for something shipped fast and affordable this is it. I didn't try to pucker my lips no nothing. I thought the blush color was a light pink. It is not - it has a strong purplish tint that is unattractive and unappealing. It might be fine for a teenage girl experimenting with her look, but not for a grown woman in a professional office. The texture, feel, and taste of this product is fine, though. I’ve tried other Milani products but this one just had a strong smell of liquid medicine that I simply did not like. It does however plump my lips well and I do like the natural pink tint to it. Do recommend it for others that wouldn’t mind the smell.

Very moisturizing, had a great smell and flavor! But the bottle broke too easily, it made lips burn, (yes that's intended but this was painful) the plumping effect didn't affect me much. But the color was cute!

I ordered two Milani lip plumper products. This particular color's tube/applicator was defective and is being returned. It did not have a cap filter (not sure what it is called) to prevent the product from gooping up all over the entire applicator stick. The second photo also shows that the tube also has different printing (on the left) than the other product I had received (on the right), and what is represented on the Milani website. Leads me to wonder if it is a knock off or if they just changed the packaging. Both products felt the same on my lips, just a slight coolness.
