So far so good. I applied it 6 hours ago and everything including eyeliner is staying put beautifully. I have oily eyelids and droopy too and this stuff is amazing. The price is right. I almost bought another very expensive one and I'm glad I tried this first. I was heartbroken to know that Bare Minerals was discontinued but I like this one as much if not better. I’m leaving my prior review, below, but I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars because I found the perfect use for this primer. I did not use it on my eyelids. Instead, I applied it with a small brush to the outer corners of my eyes. Once it set, I applied my pencil eyeliner over the primer, and it didn’t smudge all day. So happy I tried this! Below is my original review: If you are older or have drier eyelids, this primer is not for you. I need to moisturize my eyelids daily, and I use cream eyeshadows in pens. When this primer sets, it shrinks and results in my lids having dry, crepey skin. It sucks all of the moisture out of your eyelids, and looks leathery. Perhaps this primer is OK for people with younger or oily lids who use powder eyeshadow, but not for me. Because of the drying effect, I was not able to easily apply-much less blend-my cream eyeshadows. ... show more

This works. When I first used it, there was some eyeshadow then I said maybe I didn’t put enough on. I used it again and used a little more and it kept my eyeshadow for at least eight hours. At the end of my day my eyeshadow was still visible, not creased nor running. My eyeshadow was not cakey looking and it was easy to wash off.. I like it . I will buy again. ... show more
