Wonderful little robot for kids! So much fun and easy to setup and use. Have had mine for 8 months and decided to gift it to my granddaughters instead of TV since itβs based on the STEAM learning system! I emailed MIKO support and they got my MIKO 3 rebooted and gift ready in two days and this was a weekend. Love the product and very impressed with their customer support π Every kid should have one to interact with and learn from in entertaining and fun ways!

We've been enjoying our time with the Miko 3 robot. Its expressive animations and interactive games have captivated our son's attention, and he often initiates playtime with it. Not only that, he uses it as his personal assistant when he is working on his homework to gain more clarity while working on his assignments. The robot's ability to respond to his questions and engage in simple conversations has been a fun way to encourage his communication skills. Our son has also recently become more interested in setting schedules ie, wake up times, thanks to Miko 3. ;) What we appreciate most about Miko 3 is its engaging personality. It's truly fun to interact with, which is crucial for our son who has autism and developmental delays. The games and activities provide opportunities for learning and development, helping him develop important skills while having a blast. Importantly, Miko 3 has encouraged him to initiate and maintain conversations, a significant step forward in his social interaction skills. Potential areas of improvement would be content variety when it comes to engaging in conversation and conversation interactions. A wider range of apps for kiddos who are closer to 10 years of age to include more age appropriate games and activities, social emotional conversations/extended dialogue, reading applications that will allow kiddos to read to Miko 3 and get feedback support, screen display for searches during conversations/interactions, the ability for Miko 3 to automatically follow behind a child (when asked) would keep things fresh and exciting. Also, it is worth mentioning that some quirks and "huh" moments have been user error on my son's part...but with everything there is a learning curve and with any AI software or product there is a learning/adjustment period to get seamless interaction and results. With that being said there are still SO MUCH to love about Miko 3 and my son has not become bored once while playing with and engaging with Miko 3, which is so encouraging. We are so happy with our purchase. Overall, the Miko 3 is a unique and engaging robot companion that can provide entertainment and learning opportunities for young children, especially those with developmental delays and autism like our son.

My son absolutely loves Miko 3! He was so excited to get an AI robot for his birthday and it definitely delivered. It is engaging and educational. He is having so much fun exploring all of the different things it can do. The customer service has been excellent. We had a small issue with the microphone, I chatted in through the app and they called me! We resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. So impressed!
