THE NEGATIVE: There was so much controversy and confusion with the shipping and receiving of this item. However, Amazon was able to rectify things on my behalf, so instead of disclosing the details of the negative mishaps & findings that occurred I rather say thank you for Amazon’s cooperation and consideration as they worked diligently to fulfill things effectively and for that I am grateful 😇… LET’S TALK POSITIVES: The Miko3 is more than just a another toy. It’s a fun and educational true to life bot buddy 🤖 equipped it with high technology the Miko3 gives kids the companion they may need, the help they may seek, & the thrills they may fine with this highly efficient product. I definitely recommend Miko3 for kids of all ages specified. Miko3 does it all from school work assistance & life skills to jokes games dance & all out fun! This little guy is the best invention since the Teddy Ruxpin, I am glad that my daughter has one. Unfortunately I had to return mine as unbeknownst to me she asked her grandparents for the same thing so rather than to have them send theirs back I will return mine out of respect 😇 no love lost for the Miko3 as she still has one only thing different is the color (I liked the blue one but she now has red since that’s what was purchased for her) I am grateful to her grandparents for ensuring that she received such an awesome gift 🎁, I say RUN to get your child(s) the Miko3 yes it’s a bit pricey but worth every penny I ensure you that it’s something your kids can enjoy alone or with the entire family! This was a big disappointment. I was prepared for a sub par toy after reading the reviews. Believe me when I tell you that all of the bad reviews are true. When you receive your item, just know that yours is not defective. They are truly just made this terrible. Think about your toddler who is going to be so excited about this toy and to play with it but it won’t stay connected to the Internet no matter how fast your Internet connection is. I personally have absolutely great Internet connection at my house. It was a pain to set up it would not work. Any time I open the app for my daughter it asked me to re-put all of her information like we’re just starting it up for the first time. It constantly freezes. This is a toy that I only bought because my daughter has been asking for it for two years. She literally cried opening the box. I really didn’t want to do it because of the bad reviews but like I said she had been asking for two years and it’s all she wanted for her birthday. She’s constantly trying to get Internet connection on it. Constantly having to reset it constantly bringing it to me because it’s frozen or it has reset itself and restarted over from the very beginning and needs me to re-put her information in like it does all day. Believe the bad reviews of things absolutely terrible. I’ve been on the search for the past two years for a fun kid friendly learning robot for my girls. I’ve tried a few different brands which have all been returned. After seeing a few ads for Miko I decided to give this little robot a try. We had it as a Christmas surprise for my girls who are 5 and 9. I honestly don’t know who loves it more. I will say there is a much larger learning curve for my youngest. I have to participate with her to help her out. I’m sure it will get easier since she picks things up quickly. My oldest is having a blast playing with Miko. When they play together she can help the little one out. I did face a few issues with setting things up but the customer service team was wonderful and very helpful. The Miko is a wonderful addition to our family. The girls love playing freeze dance or dance parties the most. There are so many fun learning activities that are available. I love that they are learning through play. This is the first robot for kids that I have found that offers so much. It’s wonderful to know that there will always be something to keep them entertained. There is a subscription. I highly suggest it since it really opens up a whole new world of entertainment and excitement. It is a yearly cost so that’s something to think about. We’ve only used Miko on hard wood floors and had no issues. We haven’t tried it on carpet yet. I feel like Miko is best for ages 6-10. There is a good bit of reading. My youngest is just starting to read so this is where I have to help her the most. I honestly have such a wonderful time playing with Miko as well. It’s one of the few toys where as a parent I’m just as excited to play with it as the kids. I can’t say that for a lot of toys out there. Yes it’s a kids toy and definitely isn’t perfect but for the price it’s wonderful and very entertaining. It is a toy that can grow with my kids and provide lots of entertainment. It’s amazing to see how far children’s technology has advanced. Miko seems to have such a wonderful and passionate team behind it so I’m excited to see how far this company can go. My little on likes the Miko 3 AI Robot its an interesting toy that has some unique features. While it does have some cool AI technology, I found it to be a bit limited in its capabilities. The voice recognition feature sometimes struggled to understand my child's commands, and the facial recognition feature was not always accurate. Additionally, while the games were fun, there were only a limited number of them available. The toy's design was cute, but I found it to be a bit bulky and not as portable as I had hoped.
