I had no idea this toy would be SO popular with my cats! It’s well made, and the motion is unique and variable which really holds my cat’s attention. A lot of other electronic cat toy’s have patterns that are too predictable and your cat gets bored, but this one really keeps them occupied. I also like how it makes a little chirping sound to grab their attention if they stop playing with it. It rolls all over the place and hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere (yet). Usually, my cats destroy a lot of toys, but this toy has stayed perfectly intact after hours of play. You do have to disassemble it by unscrewing the mouse head to charge it, but better to not have the charger exposed for safety. They love this toy, I’m going to get another one in a different style.

Probably the best cat toy I’ve found yet! It’s quiet enough with its realistic mouse squeak to catch the attention of my cats, sporadic enough with its movements to not get stale and keep the cats curious, “dies down” randomly as a normal prey would, and then picks back up again. My cats aren’t interested in wand toys or loud toys or kickers or toys that are “too big” or too unrealistic or too fast in the movements or too predictable …. Oof!! So finding this toy has been a blessing bc it actually keeps them mentally engaged and occupied for awhile! They both require a lot of mental stimulation, which I couldn’t seem to find with anything else in the right way. ChatGPT actually helped me identify “the type” of toy I needed for them - between movement patterns and hunt-prey patterns and being on the ground like a mouse, not in air like a bird etc. And this is it!!

This is an exciting and unpredictable (perfect for cats) toy that will surprise you with its speed, strength and movement. It is a bit aggressive (long tail whipping, erratic and fast movement) for more timid or young cats. Overall a great toy that inspires play and curiosity.

This is so cute and the cats love to track it, but my dog usually grabs it up and takes it to her bed first. It's sturdy and goes for hours on a charge. The sound and the remote didn't work on mine so I can't speak to that but it's still a good toy.

One star off for struggling to get the top off to charge constantly. Other then that, it seems to be the cats fave and well designed other then the "roller" mechanism which picks up lint and is impossible to clean well...so an average of 4 stars. UPDATE: Still difficult to clean. The top is easier to get off after awhile but overall..it is THE toy that EVERY SINGLE CAT WANTS. It also keeps them entertained quite awhile compared to other toys. I just got another one. It's THAT good.

The media could not be loaded. If you've seen the Barbie movie, you know what I mean...this toy is my cat's "weird barbie." Mice are his favorite toy. He has a plethora or adorable tiny plush mice that I tie to a wand to play with him. He even has a fuzzy cute little remote control mouse. And then there's this thing. It's kind of massive, comparatively, first of all (photo attached). My cat generally doesn't like toys that are much bigger than the size of one of his paws. Also, the noise sounds more like a bird chirp than a mouse squeak. And then it's got that big tail that kind of looks more like a rat tail with a cheese inexplicably tied to the end. And the way it moves! It kind of flops around and reminds me more of a dying, seizing rat than a running mouse. So yeah, this toy is more weird than cute and I fully expected to return it. Turns out he loves it - it flops and rolls so aggressively that even when it gets stuck in a corner or under furniture, it doesn't stay there, and he winds up chasing it down the halls through multiple rooms. It occasionally stops moving until he bats at it which gives him plenty of time to stealthily pounce on it. Sometimes he just watches it in fascination. Like any cat toy, it does need to be periodically put away or he gets bored with it, but this is definitely an unexpected keeper to his toy mice collection.
