The shampoo is very sudsy and this is the only shampoo and conditioner combo I can use that leaves my hair feeling clean and fresh for multiple days between washes. (I do wash my hair twice and condition only the ends of my hair when I wash to get the best/most lasting effects). This shampoo / conditioner smells really nice and is gentle on my hair. I noticed my hair getting thinner about a year ago and began increasing protein in my diet and using this shampoo and there has been a big improvement. The first time I purchased this conditioner it worked great. My hair felt smooth and silky. The next bottle I bought seemed to be missing an ingredient and my hair was dry and brittle. I had already received my third bottle so I decided to try it even though I still had some left in the second one. It too felt like something was missing. I guess they have changed the formula.
