The shampoo is very sudsy and this is the only shampoo and conditioner combo I can use that leaves my hair feeling clean and fresh for multiple days between washes. (I do wash my hair twice and condition only the ends of my hair when I wash to get the best/most lasting effects). This shampoo / conditioner smells really nice and is gentle on my hair. I noticed my hair getting thinner about a year ago and began increasing protein in my diet and using this shampoo and there has been a big improvement. I'm not sure yet. My hair is very fine. When washing my hair I usually use Nexus kerafix but decided to try this. It was so stripped that the conditioner didn't even help. I couldn't get my big comb through my hair. I haven't decided whether to keep it or not. It was very disappointing 😕
