They are non-agitator machine washable and dryer safe, and they are sized to fit inside most standard dog crates creating a comfortable and desired location for your dog or cat to relax. For best results, machine wash, reshape, and lie flat to dry. Please note that the Quiet Time Ombre Swirl pet bed is not ideal for excessive “chewers” or dogs with high separation anxiety. My cat often lays on a folded towel by the front door and I wanted to get her something more padded. Saw this with a great price, a great star rating and Amazon listed Detail of "Special FeatureEco-FriendlyRemovable Cover". I don't care about eco-blah blah, but definitely wanted a removable cover. I should have actually read through some reviews and/or read through the full description in the listing that looks to be provided by the manufacturer rather that just what Amazon shows in Details. I can't fault the product, it is a nice, soft mat for the price. But, Amazon got it wrong in their Details. I'd have been 5 star happy if the cover was removable. But, it isn't. So, now, I'm returning it. A total waste of shipping costs for Amazon. Oh well. I didn't knock my star review down lower than 4 because I really have no complaints about the product itself. I have the kennel with divider to expand and bought this in anticipation of getting my 6 week old puppy. When he reached a couple months old he started dragging it out of the kennel, which was fine because it was time to expand the divider. I left it in for a while, even though it didn’t cover the entire floor after moving divider. The main reason I did was to see if he preferred a cooler floor or if the mattress was too hot for him. The kennel is now fully open and he uses the mattress as one of his toys. Bottom line is, this mattress did well and has survived many a chewing an a couple washes. It’s very soft and comfy. If they made one for a queen size bed I’d buy one for myself! It looks nice. Quality seems good. Seems like it will last a long time for my cat. If you have a dog it may last a long time or only a few hours if they’re chewers. Not to say it has anything to do with quality, but I’ve had dogs chew through linoleum floors and drywall. We bought the 18”x24” bed for our 3 month old cavelier puppy and it was awesome. He loved the bed and it seemed indestructible. As he got bigger(6 months) we decided to buy the 24”x36” bed for him. We got it yesterday, everything seemed good. Within hours of having it he chewed the tag off, and today the seam where the tag was sewn on is torn open and stuffing was everywhere. I don’t know if it’s just the bed we received, but the stitching is weak at best. I ordered another one right away to see what happens. ... show more

I actually am really impressed with this bed. I am unsure on the chew proof, as my dog has not attempted to chew it and he can chew through anything, but I just don't think he is interested in chewing it because it's comfy (he usually chews on everything), so I gave that a four. It is very soft AND it is SUPER easy to clean. My turd dog as sweet as he is, has peed on this bed already 3 times within the week I've had it (maybe because he loves it so much, I don't know), anyways, I have thrown it in the washer and dried it (3x) and it comes out looking brand new. I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my dog LOKI . He is a medium to small dog . I put the bed inside his crate . He seems to enjoy it since he lays on it alot . I cant say it isnt chew proof since my sog doesnt rip things up . Its made well and its soft. I would reccomend this bed for small to medium dogs . Its LOKI approved :D ... show more

I got this bed because it was the right size for under my desk. My dog inspected it instantly and he now sleeps under my feet quite often.
