Our most recent addition may end up being closer to 7lbs full size and her head was starting to hang off the end of the small one. They didn't have the mocha in 22" so we had to go to the next size up and THIS is like a luxury king bed for our little girl. The 23"+ size one is thicker as well! Great pet bed. I ordered this for my cat which is about the size of a small dog. And the size is just right. She loves it and uses it constantly. I had a problem with her sleeping all over my bed and next to my head which I did not like. Now I place this bed on the end of my bed and she sleeps on it all night. Washing: washed the bed in cold water, delicate cycle, & free and clear detergent. Dried on low. It washed well but now my cat wants nothing to do with it! I'm gradually getting her back to using it but she never likes any of her beds after I wash them. 🫣😪 ... show more

I have two of these and they are very versatile, of course, but they fit perfectly in my doggie crate and give my little pup a plush bed to sleep on. They are wash and dryable and still look new. I highly recommend these, we have two!!

Soft snuggly beds that we use for our cats, as well as for use in a multi tier cat crate. The 22" size fits it perfectly. We also have these in various spots around the house for them to use. When inevitably eventually caked in fur, the fur doesnt always release in the wash. So best to clean up as you go so by the time it needs to be washed it wont create flat fur blobs that cant be removed. We have found it easier to toss and repurchase when that has happened. While soft and cozy feeling and all cats have been attracted to these beds, they have always been used on top of other soft landings. I dont think I would want it for use on the floor. We also have dogs. If I bought a size for my dogs, I would be putting it on top of an existing bed or sleep spot. That is fine, just know what these are good for. I just dont think there is enough support, especially for bigger dogs. This is soft buy not supportive. Just a little more lush than a plain floor.. which some dogs like. Again, just know what you are getting it for. I have purchased probably 10 of these so far for the cats. They do eventually flatten out a bit and benefit from replacement. I think I started buying this about 5 years ago. If used every single day, you will notice them flattening out. Though not a big deal if used on top of another bed or couch etc. ... show more

We’ve bought a number of these dog cushions in the last few months and usually loved them. We bought our most recent one new and it came used!! It smelled of perfume, was flat (visible used) and didn’t have new tags on it. If I buy it used I understand, but we paid for a new one. Very disappointed!

This is the fourth time I’ve purchased the same mattress over the past 4 years for our puppy (well, now a dog in her own rights). Ever since we brought her home at 8 weeks of age and started crate training her - throw has been our go-to mattress. She still sleeps in her crated - curled up on this mattress - and wakes up rested each morning. The mattress is washable - which adds to its life. After about 8-9 months of daily use, we start seeing signs of wear and tear. And once a years we swap it out and put in a new mattress - hence the four purchases over four years. If you want, I’d say each mattress will last likely longer - but the fluffiness tends to reduce a bit over time. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the purchase(s). The measurements are accurate and washing leads to minimal shrinkage. ... show more
