I ordered these April 9th, 2024 and got them shortly after. They were great initially. Around the beginning of June, one headphone totally stopped working and then the other the sound is so quiet in that you can't hear with thr volume turned all the way up. I tried to find where to reach out to the seller for see about a replacement and couldn't find where I could direct message them. One place says to contact them through Amazon, but then there isn't a clear place for it. Amazon says to contact them directly. I've tried looking under returns/replacements, etc. It is highly frustrating that I can't just directly talk to them and am getting the run around. I really liked these and only wanted a replacement pair. I am highly disappointed with it all. ... show more

Only lasted a month and then the cord shorted out so they didn't work anymore. Got same one just in blue for my other child at the same time and here only lasted a week and a half longer.
