Attaching it is super simple and the different hole cutouts allow you to adjust to your handlebar size. The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love it! It's sturdy to withstand a fast paced walk without slipping out. Obviously if you pull it will slip off the arms. You're definitely getting your money's worth. I I couldn't find the straps, but that's because I thought they were attached to the desk...they're not. They are in a separate spot in the box & they're easy to miss. Don't throw the box away without emptying it out completely or you'll throw away the straps. I was worried that the straps wouldn't fit the larger arms, but they're actually adjustable. It's not really ergonomic, but I used my wrist rest & that helped. If you're only using it for a 1 hour walk during your work day, you should be fine. 10/10 recommend. ... show more

This has been such a game changer for me, my health, and my career choice. I’m grateful to work from home but I unfortunately did put on some pounds from sitting all day. After going from 10k steps a day at my last sales job, I knew I had to take advantage and get back on the treadmill. I did have to stack books on top since I am tall and use incline - but it even holds it shape with the extra weight! This holds everything, fits my treadmill perfectly and is really easy to clean. I bought this for my Sole F80 and at first was concerned that it wouldn't work because there are buttons on the rails that this would balance on... It took just 1 small adjustment by moving the desk toward the back of the treadmill and the desk balanced perfectly!! I don't do a ton of work while at the desk, as my job is easier with multiple monitors. But I used it today while on a 2.5 hour meeting that I was just listening in on, I felt so much more productive during it than I normally do! ... show more
