After contacting Amazon about the issue they had another one shipped out. It arrived on time and in perfect condition from a Amazon driver. Works well as it should. Very convenient and the right size per the space I had. There’s just enough room so you can’t really load up a full day’s load. Only what you really need to put in the machine. It does its job. So far it looks durable and right value for the money.

DO NOT BUY! This dishwasher is only 32 inches tall. I can either put a 3" filler panel at the top or toss it and get a normal dishwasher that fits a standard opening. It's bad enough I had to settle for an 18" wide unit but with the loss of 3" on the height I don't even know if a 16 oz. tumbler will even fit on the upper rack. I guess I was supposed to double check the height before purchasing but I have never heard of a 32" tall dishwasher, so why on this earth would I think to do that???? It's past the return date, lessons learned, purchase closer to the installation date and don't buy appliances on Amazon, and if you do check absolutely everything because Amazon appears to have no issues selling janky products. ... show more

Looks nice seems well made. Holds a lot of dishes for its size. I did have to buy an additional water hookup adaptor for about $10. It is about 3 inches shorter than standard cabinets. I am happy with it and would buy again.

Don't get me wrong, like the machine. Top rack was not as useful as bottom. If I had small flat dishes or cup and saucer sets for 4 or 6 people, the set would work fine. However, it cleans the six 5 inch bowls I crammed into the top rack with no issues...points for that. The silverware basket was convertible from the slotted to non-slotted and that made for more flexible arranging of the forks and spoons of differing sizes. Better than I could imagine. There was some damage but I took the discount and kept it. Had it installed and and it works great in my little kitchen. No leaks, and it was quiet until I moved the location. But my dishes come out clean and less work for me.
