  • Great little dishwasher
Color: White
We had another brand for 15+ years and it sprang a fatal leak, so I searched Home Depot and Lowes, then Amazon. The box stores were charging a delivery fee, and I would have to wait a minimum of ten days for delivery. I found this one on Amazon for $50 less than the stores, and free shipping, and it was delivered the next day! From the very first load I've been impressed - this machine is superior to the old one in many ways. It's always gotten the dishes clean, even without pre-cleaning like I had to do before. The racks are solid and have some weight to them, so I no longer have to balance out the load to keep the rack from tipping. Also the configuration of the racks is nice - I'm able to stack plates, bowls, whatever without any issues. It's quiet enough that I don't notice that it's running. I waited almost three months to write this review just to be sure that I still liked the machine. I would buy it again in a heartbeat! ... show more

  • Small size great value
Color: White
After having a horrible experience with UPS (said address was wrong even though all other packages arrived from other shippers and also came in damaged). After contacting Amazon about the issue they had another one shipped out. It arrived on time and in perfect condition from a Amazon driver. Hopefully I will be able to avoid UPS in the future as Amazon's drivers are way better with treating all packages with care. The product is great very high quality build and has plenty of room. It is not overly complicated and not too loud. Easy to clean and cleans dishes well. Installation was very easy but would be better if it came with a few parts (90 degree water hookup, waterline, and hose clamps) ... show more

  • Do not buy
Color: Stainless Steel
The lower rack is too close to the top rack so normal sized dinner plates on the lower rack will obstruct the rotating spray wash handle. They should have moved the upper rack about 3/4 to 1 inch higher up so that plates fit in the bottom without obstructing the rotating spray wash handle. The top rack has AMPLE room above it (4 to 5 inches clearance to top of unit even with a large 16 oz tall cofffee cup in top rack). The rack tines on the lower rack are also angled outwards (towards unit's interior walls) so plates will lay out towards wall and hit the wall so you can't fill the tines and still close the dishwasher. This appears to only be sold online and now I know why. If you could actually SEE it you'd know it's poorly designed. Garbage. After 4 months it's completely broken. The panel is on, but a cycle won't run unless I just push buttons rapidly in succession and then only eco or delicate cycle turns on. So I either need to spend $140 service fee for a repair company, plus whatever parts are needed, or buy a new dishwasher. Heated dry never worked well. Totally saturated at end of cycle. Nearly 2.5 hours to run a cycle. ... show more

  • Perfect for a RV
Color: Black
This little dishwasher is amazing. The installation was pretty straight forward. Tightening the inlet elbow was a little tough. I suggest you test it prior to installation to make sure it doesn't leak. Other than that everything went flawlessly. I installed this in my RV and I had to build an enclosure for it by extending the island counter top. This has been a great addition and I wish I had done it sooner. I hate washing dishes. Lol. The washer works very well. It holds a lot more than I thought it would and the dishes come out very clean. There will be some water spots if you don't use an additive which is ok with me. It runs very quiet and doesn't use a lot of water so your tanks don't fill up too fast. I highly recommend it. I have no regrets on this purchase. ... show more

  • Too finnicky
Color: Stainless Steel
Update: Midea has been kind enough to replace the unit even though it's out of warranty. The replacement experience was great, and so far the new dishwasher is working quite well. I'll update if that changes. Fit our kitchen perfectly, but it's been constant problems ever since. It's always clogged or refusing to drain or whatever else. When it works it cleans the dishes well, but it just doesn't work often enough to recommend it. ... show more

  • Surprisingly Happy
Color: Stainless Steel
This is my first 18” dishwasher but I’d buy this one again. Not many options for 18”ers, and most of them are substantially more expensive then a typical 24”. I have used this dishwasher for about a month and really find it to be quality, and a good looking addition in the kitchen. The drawers move easily and feel solid. The door feels heavy. I’m honestly surprised at how quality it feels for the price tag. It’s very quiet. Thre is brief period at the beginning and end of the cleaning cycle where you can hear the pump humming, it’s about as loud as a microwave running, but it only lasts for a minute or so. The rest of the time you barely hear it. Installation was easy. I did have to build a bit of a “platform” for the legs to stand on so it would be flush with underside of countertop. You could just buy some 1x3s and have it sit on top of those. I considered a Bosch that was 2x the price but I’m happy with this bad boy. ... show more
