Extremely high end quality!
This fixture is amazing quality! It is on par with true designer quality fixtures costing 5-10 times as much. I absolutely love it. It was very straightforward to have it installed in my dining room. I had to do a little bit of upfront investigation to make sure my junction box would hold the 50 lb weight of this fixture before installation. The alabaster marble shades are very heavy and about half an inch thick. The glow and texture of the stone is amazing and really elevates my dining room and open concept home. My only comment is that if this is going to be your main source of light, plan to buy different bulbs with more output and a cooler temperature. The light that diffuses through the very thick stone shades is definitely dimmer and leans very warm and the bulbs that it came with were about 3500k and 450 lm output. They were not bright enough to be a primarily lighting source for any type of task lighting. I ended up replacing all the bulbs with 10w led bulbs rated for 1000 lm and a color temperature of 6000k. With that change, I get a beautiful and neutral warm glow in my dining room with enough light to be functional for dinners and board games. Could be just a bit brighter still, but I absolutely love this fixture!
