Trust the reviews. I read the bad reviews, but decided to purchase this anyway. It looked great and worked great upon arrival. No complaints until the 90 day guarantee window was up. The fan motor started screeching. The battery heats up alarmingly hot. The computer needs to be plugged in constantly to function. It shuts down for no reason. The list goes on. I was sold a product that lasted past my 90 day guarantee window and then imploded. They will do absolutely nothing for you after the 90 days. Just pony up and buy a new one. I am inlove. This product came without a scratch! It works perfectly, I have been using this for a year now and I have no issues. It doesn’t stick. The screen quality is great, worth the money.

Works great! A few exterior scratches but I don’t care about that. Came clean and uncharged, but booted up within a minute after plugging in. The only complaint I have is about the charger, when I leave it plugged in to charge it keeps making the charging noise over and over again. Not sure if this is from the off brand charger, or the charging port. Other than that it works great! ... show more

I give this about a 2.5 out of 5. First came dead. Took about 30 mins to charge to turn on. Dies extremely fast. However it does run nicely once charged. The size is decent not to big or small. For the money I would of bought new and not refurbished.
