I tried many times to fully erase however it's built in and cannot be erased as a normal persons computer. I am sending back for a full refund. The laptop itself is okay and MacOS is what it is (hence two stars) but the keyboard and touchpad on these models are atrocious. I'm not exaggerating when I say this: In my 30+ years of using computer peripherals, the keyboard is the worst keyboard I've ever used and the touchpad is the worst pad I've ever used. The keyboard feels like cheap McDonald's toy plastic with no feedback and the touchpad feels like I'm wading through a swamp, the tactile feedback on that is horrible too. How Apple spent more than five minutes testing this device and thought "yep, this seems good" is a mystery to me. ... show more

this is just bad for almost 600 dollars this computer is bad the keyboard is demeged they can get a new one for 40 dollars the battery has problem if you are looking for a computer save you money and buy a new one from apple because in my opinion I just lost 540 dollars and to the people that sold me this you all should be ashamed of what you sold to me and the crevices had dust on the to the point the my Q tips came out black ... show more
