    • It had one defect but I fix it
The positive side where the battery goes the metal part was bent but as soon as I unbend it and put the batteries it works. It’s a very comfortable controller. I do give Microsoft credit I can hold and use this controller for hours. The D-pad is a bit weird but I got use to it. I love the grip texture but I wish the back part wasn’t white. I have a Dual Sense and that back part is so dirty and hard to clean after two years that’s why I miss all black controllers. I do like this all blue. ... show more

Controller is hardly used. In like new condition. Does not come with 1 year manufacturer warranty like purchasing a new one would. Controller still turns on but does not transmit. Nothing is broken and everything appears to be ok. But Amazon only gives 90 warranty on a refurbished controller that’s more likely to have existing issues resurface. Just spend the extra $10 on an official Xbox controller ... show more
