The positive side where the battery goes the metal part was bent but as soon as I unbend it and put the batteries it works. It’s a very comfortable controller. I do give Microsoft credit I can hold and use this controller for hours. The D-pad is a bit weird but I got use to it. I love the grip texture but I wish the back part wasn’t white. I have a Dual Sense and that back part is so dirty and hard to clean after two years that’s why I miss all black controllers. I do like this all blue. ... show more

    • The original Xbox controller would be better than this
After a few months of working fine it no longer works without a USB-C plugged into it. No longer does the power button turn it on with fresh batteries. Even when plugged into a power source, it turns on but the Bluetooth doesn't work. It only works with a USB-C cable plugged into the unit you are trying to control ... show more
