I bought this laptop about 7 months ago. It's not been up to a year & I am experiencing several problems. The battery is no longer retaining power. The keyboard just stopped typing. Not happ# with the product.

Had a charge upon delivery so I was able to open it and set it up upon arrival. Touch screen is really helpful when typing and searching. Loads of storage with a 256 gig HD

Key board was not working, battery was not working, productcwas dirty,very disappointed- won't use this company again. Amazon should be embarrassed to do business with Kanga.
