I’ve had storage issues and now the software is no longer good and it won’t allow me internet access at all. The seller stated it was in “excellent” condition but I would only rate it as “good”. The screen had obviously been replaced which is acceptable for a refurbished product. But the adhesive had prominently spilled over the edges and it looked like a 5-year old had done the work. I was able to trim the excess without damaging the screen or chassis so I did not return the product despite the poor quality of the installation. The hardware was as advertised and the chassis was indeed in excellent condition. Notably the battery life is exceptional after I did a stress test to check functionality. So I returned this tablet due to battery life and other issues. It would freeze up on me all the time. I tried to give it time but it was always an issue. Battery lasted maybe an hour or two on a good day. So I returned it. I reset it to factory settings with everything that came with it. Then I find out I only get a refund of 50.00 because of a 425.00 restocking fee!!!!!!!! What the heck. I did all the work for them. What a rip off and I demand a full refund. This is crazy and totally horrible to do to someone. ... show more

This was supposed to come loaded with Windows 11 Pro. Instead, it came with Win11 Home and the user account was already created. Can't have that with secure data, since I need to join a domain plus I have no idea what other supply-chain scripts were also loaded on it (security issue). No problem, I have plenty of licenses... Except there was a password on the UEFI (BIOS), and I can't get it to boot from USB. I called the refurbisher, but since it shipped from Amazon, they couldn't help me. I would have to pay Microsoft for a replacement. Thankfully, I found this out within the first few days. But if I were a home user (who didn't mind Win11 Home), I would be screwed if I needed a factory restore a year from now. ... show more
