Love the computer and it was a great deal. Battery life is about 2.5 hours, which is acceptable but not great.

    • NOT AN INTEL i7/ Admin account signed in after first boot up??
The computer works wonderfully, but here's the problem. Besides the slight scratches on the back, the seller advertises this as having an Intel Core i7, but it does NOT. It has an Intel Core i5, which is a slower processor. The seller is false advertising. Also, the computer came already signed into an admin account, which is super sketchy. To be on the safe side, I did a complete hard factory reset. I saw another reviewer state they also had that issue, and they found malware and spyware, which is scary!! I'm glad I did a full factory reset. This seller needs to be investigated. ... show more

This i7 CPU 4K video handler is the reason I knew this was a worthwhile investment although the Surface Pro 7 PLUS has an easy access panel for quick SSD SWAP, this does NOT. Easy fix is the 1 TB FLASH, of course it's not 1Gb per second though. Not everyone is as excited to build external HDD storage via Wenter USB HUB but I've got a freakin' huge movie library going on ( included PIC ). If you're afraid of the prohibitive cost, please purchase the AVITA MAGUS II Windows 10 starter kit, first. BTW, you'll need a STEGOSAURUS, too. Enjoy! ... show more

    • Battery life is awful
The description says the battery lasts for 10 hours. I am lucky if I get 1 1/2 hours. Other than the lousy battery life everything else worked as expected.

    • Not what i expected
I ordered the renewed version of the surface pro 7 so i was aware there would be some wear and tear, but was not expecting there to be discoloration marks in the screen and a battery that will not hold a charge, says 0% and shuts down immediately after removing the charging cord, will be sending this back... other then battery and the discoloration, the surface pro 7 was what i was expecting and would work if you could leave it plugged in and didn't mind the off color in spots... but not for me. ... show more

The device came with an admin account already installed and we found spyware and malware installed on the device as well. We re-installed with a fresh copy of the OS, but this wasted my time! The device came with a replacement PSU, not in the description. We had the device working OK, after that.
