I now have to go search for a drop off location in a place I am not familiar with. So the camera on this goes on and off inbetween restarting and starting the system up again. Very frustrating when used for zoom meetings and such. I am also noticing that I probably got one with too little RAM, that's certainly user-error. But the time it takes to load and the amount of issues I have had signing in, since the face recognition (camera, on/off) is so wishy-washy...It's a little upsetting. Works good in terms of just watching shows, using Clip Studio Paint, and other programs.. Though not all at once, and not if you are relying on communicating with anyone very heavily (i.e. meetings or streaming). ... show more

If you haven't tried an app called FreshPaint with the pen on a surface, I encourage you to do so, it maybe will make up the whole idea behind the surface you think you could guess, but it isn't anything like holding the real deal. Sadly, they break easy, and the glass screen is costly and difficult to repair for oneself. ... show more

This product had continuous issues with over heating and the camera, which would shut down and crash the computer. I had several important panels and interviews conducted over Zoom that I had problems with and did not look good on my end. The camera red light seemed to always be on, which now that I've purchase a refurbished surface pro 7 from another reseller (Microsoft certified) I know that shouldn't be the case. I managed with this device for a month before it was so incompetently slow I had to return. I'd avoid buying and pay the extra for the correct device. ... show more
