This is my second surface pro 6. I love the extra ram and ssd space. Love the black color. It works perfectly. No dead pixels, it's like brand new. For the price, I was totally expecting scratches, dead pixels or something however it's perfect. I got the free upgrade from windows 10 to 11 no problem. Download and installation took a little time but was seamless. This is my favorite 'laptop' as a web dev and designer. I use most of my programs on cloud type scenarios. I have tested Adobe Premiere Rush for video editing and it handles the processing fine. NO complaints! ... show more

The laptop came with windows 11 evaluation copy the laptop was very slow and the touch screen would not work half the time I spent 2 days reinstall windows with no luck same results.After 2 day of trying windows 11 with no luck I found the windows 10 surface pro addition and installed it working better but still a little buggy the surface pro I got is the i7 16GB of RAM and 500GB storage cost 588.00 ... show more
