For the price, I was totally expecting scratches, dead pixels or something however it's perfect. I got the free upgrade from windows 10 to 11 no problem. Download and installation took a little time but was seamless. This is my favorite 'laptop' as a web dev and designer. I use most of my programs on cloud type scenarios. There were some shipping issues with the 2nd one, but Avenue went above and beyond to make it right, shipping out a (even nicer!) Machine as soon as they could. Failed in 4 months very little use. This was second one I purchased from this company. Fort one failed within a week of my receiving it. Overall design flaw of device which I was not aware of. Battery discharges very fast!! Gets blistering hot if use while plugged in. I only use it to do digital jigsaw puzzles in the evenings and used two times to stitch out a long arm design onto a quilt. I purchased this in December 23. Had stroke late February. Did not try to use this again until June!! Company refused to make this right. Said I was past return window in mid march. I last used this before my stoke in late February 2024. I had know Idea this device failed until I tried to use it in June 2024 and would not turn on! If I had known it failed at time of my stroke in February 24, I could have returned it. Since it was sitting on my desk from Stroke time to June, I did not know it had failed during my stroke recovery period.the company refuses to replace this device!! Obviously this device failed within the return window. I just had no knowledge it had failed until I tried to use the device in June2024 after I made some recovery from the stroke! I tried to do an A to Z guarantee through Amazon twice and no help!! ... show more
