The price was good for what I wanted it for. You should know that getting a used tablet means that it will have the original battery. Mine was depleted and only 53% was chargeable. You’re better off buying new, if you plan on using it for long periods of time while relying solely on the battery. You could keep a power bank nearby for quick charges, but it’s not quite convenient to have to do that. Replacing the battery was going to cost more than it cost to buy the used tablet, I checked. I bought it for test use in the field. It served its purpose. I will say that it was in great condition otherwise. No issues with functionality or aesthetics. They even put it in a silicone case that had a strap that I could put my hand into so it wouldn’t move while walking. I do appreciate that touch. The sound works just fine. The screen is perfect. If I need anything that this seller offers, I would buy from the seller again. I did not dock the seller for the battery issue. That’s something that comes with buying used. ... show more

False advertising. This is just a laptop/tablet. There is no operating system attached to it, so it doesn't work. We ordered one, thinking it was a mistake. Then Amazon sent us a new one "apologizing that it didn't have Windows 11 installed." The second one also does not have Windows 11.

I received the product and am unable to use it, because it cannot locate an operating system. It will not boot. It was supposed to come with Windows 11.

Great functionality, fast boot-up speed and overall good device. The negatives for me were, didn't have the USBC display output capability I was looking for, and external USB hub didn't work with the Surface to USBC adapter I also purchased. Table arrived looking like it was in good condition and would work without issue. Couldn't get it to turn on and quickly found that it wouldn't work unless connected to a charger. Didn't matter how long it was on the charger or how charged the battery showed. As soon as you disconnected the tablet would turn off and not turn back on until it was once again connected to a charger. ... show more
