I love my Surface Laptop Studio - Intel Core i7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, with NVIDIA® GeForce RTX. I love that the screen tilts which allows me to sketch comfortably and also easily lets me reach keyboard shortcuts, for example when I work in Photoshop. I bought my Surface Laptop Studio in July 2022 and I wanted to get a new one (not refurbished or used), ideally directly from the Microsoft site, but they are out of stock for months. I wonder if they discontinued it. This computer is perfect for sketching when I can't add my Wacom tablet because of space constraints, like in an airplane or during travel or in a cafe. BTW the MS pen is not useful for sketching, if you get this computer for sketching, get the Wacom pen Bamboo. It's better than Microsoft's because it allows you to switch easier between a drawing tool and the eraser function. (For some reason, I couldn't set it up with the MS pen). One last observation> Since I bought the computer, over 3.5 years ago, I had zero problems with it. I'm using it for work and privately pretty much daily. SketchUp, Photoshop, Teams, other Adobe apps. It's been a work horse. For my wife I bought the Surface Laptop (Great but not as good for sketching). And we each have Surface Pro Tablet and love those as well. They are good for sketching. As of now (2025/2026), I love the MS Surface products. Decades ago I was into Apple, then had to switch to the MS OS, while I bought DELLs for a long while. But a few years ago, I moved away from Dell and discovered the Surface products. @ Microsoft, please bring back the Surface Laptop Studio. With more power. Thanks. ... show more

    • Poor service and broke in 60 days
If Amazon would allow zero stars I would select that. I purchased this and received on January 23. It broke exactly 60 days later and I was on the phone with support exactly 60 days later and told I could get a refund. Now they are not honoring a refund. The screen went dark on me. Do not purchase Microsoft products. I can't even get through the escalation team. Worst product and service ever. ... show more
