I got this for personal use and it’s a great in between an iPad and a larger screen laptop. I need it for the office products like word. This felt like a good deal compared to the other versions especially with the storage and speed. It comes with windows 11. Delivery was fast, secure and packaged safely. The charger is different than the typical usb-C. Doesn’t have have many ports for other connections like a monitor, guess will have to buy a port extender. I like the compactness and would be able to fit into my tote bag easily. I’ll update more once I have additional use. ... show more

    • NIGHTMARE solved thanks to ATOZ, I blame Bill Gates, and then the Seller!
Had so many issues: 1. Seller failed to properly display delivery instructions, creating arbitrary rules as a default, it was a nightmare to track down, wanting to place the blame on UPS (simply wasn’t the case) 2. Laptop began immediately freezing, stalling, had to open up task manager nearly immediately 3. Return time! Sadly I had to return what I thought was a steal. I paid $707 total, seller only wanted to refund HALF ($300) for the box it was shipped in! I had to contact Amazon A to Z to fight that ridiculous claim. What box cost $300? Maybe sell good products efficiently and professionally and you want have to scan customers because they’re unhappy with your scummy service. I didn’t want to leave a review, but after that latest cash grab, I felt obligated to let potential buyers know who they’re dealing with. ... show more

Excellent little laptop <$500. 16GB RAM, 8 processing threads, fast nvme ssd, and windows 10pro. I upgraded mine to Windows 11pro with no issues. I use it for school and personal admin tasks. Delivery was prompt and product was exactly as advertised.

Some people may find it alarming that this model 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD arrives in brown box instead of fancy retail box. That is because this model is not sold in stores.
