I got this laptop for college and the touchscreen is a great bonus! I’ve had no issues with this laptop in the 2 years i’ve had it. Speedy and holds battery really well! For example I can leave it on the desk for 3 days and it’ll still have enough charge left to get me through assignments. I love this laptop first it’s touchscreen and the touch screen works amazingly second the keyboard is amazing and sounds amazing and even the volume one thing is sometimes the fan is in in the computer so yeah but that’s only for the first few days of the laptop. I am able to watch a movie or show while finishing up some homework the sound on this is also truly great and just perfect on what I need but it doesn’t have a HDMI cord so I had to connect it to my tv from Bluetooth so that’s a warning or just buy one of the cords that connect both with the usb but other than that this laptop is everything. ... show more

I went for the Windows 11 pro. Smooth operation, but takes some getting use to the small screen. Not as responsive as other touch screens. Still, I would give it 5 stars if the storage and/or ram were a little higher or could at least be upgraded. I have other PC's and only bought this because of it's small size and small price. I bought this for portable use. In fact it does almost as well on speed tests as my older desktop. It boots up fast - the SSD is great. This is not a fast gaming computer, but is great for mail, Internet browsing, word processing, spreadsheets, and so on. It is quite responsive for several people on Zoom, and it runs my CAD program and 3-D printer with no hesitation. NOTE that you need to get a USB-C expansion module if you want to connect another monitor or use more than the 2 USB outlets provided. The price was right! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This laptop is so pretty but at what cost? (Okay, I didn’t know you could only upload one video per review so I will try to make multiple) This laptop is kinda like a macbook dupe haha. They have a similar design and the way it charges is similar. Speaking of the charger, it always ALWAYS falls out. Any bump will make it fall out. Push the laptop a little to the left, it will fall out. A little to the right?? ITS OUT. The cons of this laptop outweighs the pros in my opinion. First con: omg it’s so slow. help me it’s so slow. I attached a video of how slow this laptop is. I thought it was just the price point and that maybe i could just overlook the slowness. Patience is key right? Well I bought a laptop ten dollars more than this and it’s miles faster. I just can’t justify the slowness of this thing, it’s so infuriating. Second con: THE SOUND i’m going to try and make another review with sound this laptop makes but it’s so loud. The fan noise is near unbearable. Third con: The size and glare. A TWO IN ONE! First we can talk about the glare. I can’t watch anything on this laptop without seeing myself staring back at it haha. The glare is so bad that if you want to take a picture of anything on the screen you have to completely get out of view. Next the size, this is a small con and at this point i’m just being nitpicky haha!! But this laptop is so small my ipad is bigger than this. I tired to attach a photo of how small it is with a water bottle. Hopefully that gives you a clear representation. The one pro: ITS SO PRETTY!! I was really considering keeping this laptop despite all of the cons because it’s so so pretty I love the simplicity of it. The only reason I purchased it was because when I was working from home my job provided a similar laptop just more expensive to this one and liked it. This laptop was more to my budget. The media could not be loaded. The touch screen works well, the sound is good, and the camera is equally as good. Even though it only has a little amount of storage, as long as you simply use it for light studying and online browsing and movies you should be good. Additionally, I enjoy how the laptop as a whole feels, including the keyboard. I was initially on the hesitant about buying this because of the reviews that mentioned the storage issue, but since I don't download a ton of content on it, storage isn't really an issue for me. ... show more
