Wonderful overall laptop with a nice touch
Color: Ice Blue Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 13.5" Set: Intel Core i7
The number of ports are limited. The camera can be improved. It would also be nice to have another camera on the cover like a Surface Pro since there is a chance to host a hybrid meeting nowadays. The screen bezel is wider than their competitors, but it is perfectly fine to me because it is still narrow enough. Although it is a 13.5", the screen appears to be bigger because of ratio aspect MS chose to use. I really like this extra screen space. The ice blue color is just so beautiful beyond words. The Alcantara keyboard is so comfortable and such a joy to type on. It is pretty too. I think the Surface Laptop 4 is an excellent choice for people who prefers a Windows platform. ... show more

Nice unit
Color: Platinum Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 15" Set: Intel Core i7
I'm homebound for ~6 months with 2 broken ankles; the sporadic function of the Chromebook I had was driving me nuts trying to get anything done or keep myself entertained while stuck at home. Bought the Surface after my positive experiences with the one I am supplied with for work and now I am able to get stuff done all day without freeze-ups and rebooting every 12-24 hours. And the configuration options available were mind blowing...it took a bit to decide what it was I actually needed on the unit verses the cost of paying for ALL the options. ... show more

fast as advertised
Color: Platinum Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 15" Set: Intel Core i7
It is fast as advertised, and color is brilliant. thin and slick, light weight, but, battery life is not anywhere near advertised. it drains down to almost 10-15% after 4 hours of continuous use. this is a big disappointment. Otherwise I would say this is one of the best.

Great keyboard good design
Color: Platinum Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 15" Set: Intel Core i7
It's a great computer, but if you have the option to buy the surface 3 is cheaper and is exactly the same thing. The 4 doesn't have any noticeable different features other than a thicker screen. Being said. It works excellent, great keyboard, simple and classic design.

Great Computer for the Price!
Color: Matte Black Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 13.5" Set: Intel Core i7
Great computer for the price. Extremely fast processing, my son plays video games and streams movies.

Excellent Tuochpad and Keyboard
Color: Platinum Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 15" Set: Intel Core i7
Unparalleled feeling trackpad and keyboard for a windows device. It is the closest thing to a Mac running windows. If you are looking for the best feeling keyboard and trackpad, this is it. Beautiful screen although it is quite reflective.

Arrived on time and worked like a charm right out of the box
Color: Platinum Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 13.5" Set: Intel Core i7
Purchased as a replacement for old Surface with a broken screen. I could be wrong, but it was hard to find a Surface Laptop 4 on short notice and this one seems to have fit the bill.

Defective
Color: Matte Black Capacity: 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD Style: 13.5" Set: Intel Core i7
I bought this laptop for school, and as soon as I turned it on and tried to set it up I knew I would have to return it. The keyboard doesn’t work properly. I had to press a letter multiple times very slowly to finally get it to work. I thought about getting a bluetooth keyboard for it and dealing with the keyboard issue, but when I went to use lockdown browser, I discovered it also wouldn’t work. Do not recommend. ... show more
