Just spent HOURS going through various troubleshooting steps to get this computer that arrived today to work without being plugged in. Battery on this thing must be defective....very disappointed.

This computer turned out to be excellent. It still had the balance of the manufacturers warranty, meeting it was lightly used and still within the past year. These are my go to computers for work and family. Sure you can go out and buy a new Lenovo or HP for the price of the reconditioned surface laptop. It cost more because it is worth it. I still have one that is 6 years old. It works, the battery still holds a charge. I think the difference is they are very light and have aluminum or metal housing. Reluctant to buy something that was reconditioned but I've received two of them and they are great. ... show more

I had the laptop for less than a month and it literally cracked out of no where. I googled it and found that others had the same issue. Which makes me believe Microsoft is aware of this. It sucks because I really like the laptop

Great computer in general but the trackpad stopped working after 3 months and it just restarts out of nowhere occasionally, causing me to lose any unsaved work.

The physical condition was like new. However, had Windows10 Home installed not Windows 10 Pro as indicated in the discription. Only allows upgrade to Windows 11 Home.
