The battery health came out at 83%, within range of what refurbished laptops should be. The only issue I saw was couple keyboards needed a little harder pressing but it was subtle. For the price tag of $300, if this lasts 3 years, this would be considered a steal.

The media could not be loaded. Not even 5 minutes in , and I’ve already had problems. I was so excited all day to come home and open up my new computer for class this Thursday , just for it not to work. It brought me to the automatic repair blue screen , and keypad/screen do not respond. So it’s stuck. I’m bummed. Yall are playing with peoples money!! Get real, this is not what I expected. totally disappointed. I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews but cmon , yall are playing with my money. I’ve ordered a replacement hoping , JUST HOPING it’s better. This is not to bash yall but take this as a constructive criticism. I purchased this as a refurbished item. The battery does not charge to more than 50%. So far everything else is fine. I did buy a cover right away and it was received without a scratch. Good for a refurbished laptop.

Looks and works like new. I paid a bit extra for "excellent" condition but would have been OK with used. Laptop has a heavy feel as it's all meatal. My laptop came with Windows 10 Pro but upgraded immediately to 11 Pro without any issues. I was concerned an i5 with 8 GB memory may be too slow for me. Happy to say it runs perfect for my uses. I'm a mid-life adult using it for web browsing, light excel and streaming video. All work great. I plan to use this for at least 5 years. Can't beat it for the price.
