Looks and works like new. I paid a bit extra for "excellent" condition but would have been OK with used. Laptop has a heavy feel as it's all meatal. My laptop came with Windows 10 Pro but upgraded immediately to 11 Pro without any issues. I was concerned an i5 with 8 GB memory may be too slow for me. Happy to say it runs perfect for my uses. I'm a mid-life adult using it for web browsing, light excel and streaming video. All work great. I plan to use this for at least 5 years. Can't beat it for the price. I wanted to be very excited by this purchase. The laptop is beautiful and the system runs well. But, this product, inspected by professionals??? Was shipped to me unable to charge… I am going to do some of my own trouble shooting and if it goes smoothly I’ll report back with a better rating. I really want this to work out. It just seems like charging is such a basic function I don’t know how the hell it was the thing that was missed by these “experts”. Edit: Best Buy are the real hero’s here. Was able to get the problem diagnosed. Amazon wouldn’t even send me a replacement charger, even tho it was established the initial one was faulty. So much for a warranty. Over all good price- but you might spend a little more time and money covering for amazons “experts” ... show more

This laptop has beyond filled all the needs I have for it. It’s nothing crazy fancy but the mechanics are incredibly smooth ontop of just a sleek feeling over all. I was offered a free upgrade to Windows 11 when I was setting up which was really nice. So far I’ve not had a single issue with this device. The batty life is long. This laptop seems almost new with very minor scratches on its black finish. One surprise i got is that it wasnt the Alcantara finish (cloth) but a metal finish. Its works like a regular laptop and for a bit over 300$ its a good price.

I opted out of calculator keys on the right the shrink the size (can buy an external calculator keypad if needed), so it fits in my small travel bag.
