It has been a while since I last had a laptop and they have come a long way. This particular unit (Microsoft Surface 2) has an Intel i7, 16 GB of RAM and 500 GB of SSD. It also has a nice large beautiful touchscreen and a track pad too. It only has one USB 3.0 slot but it hardly needs wires. It has a nice full size keyboard with good feedback. I am more than pleased that it automatically updated to Windows 11 pro. I hope that it will run for a long time. After a month or so, I noticed that the battery is not very good and only lasts a few hours and not the 12-14 hours of advertised power. This is not a big deal to me because I use it with the power connected most of the time. Just be aware that it could be an issue ... show more

I’ve used many laptops but I don’t think mine have ever looked this rough. It works fine but you can tell it’s been used A LOT. Marks won’t go away. For what I paid I at least expected it to be in better esthetic condition.

I excitedly unpacked the laptop, plugged it in, turned it on, and was extremely disappointed to see that the screen was fuzzy and flashing. Watched an unboxing video to make absolutely sure that the screen is not supposed to look like that on start-up. And then began the return process. I need this laptop for grad school which starts three days from now so needless to say I am very disappointed. I won't be buying from uShopMall again. ... show more

Everything is intact and fine. The system operates nicely. There is some dust on the fan exhaust though, I hope they had been cleaned.
