This is by far the best purchase I have ever made on amazon. The product comes with the charger and the Pen. The Surface Book itself had no physical damage and was exactly as described on the ad. Not to mention, the pricing is so good it's almost too good to be true. So I contacted the seller before I bought it, and they immediately responded. They answered all my questions and was even nice enough to send me pictures of the device itself before I ordered I'm usually a Apple Macbook guy and I really didn't need another computer. The pricing on this SurfaceBook is so well priced I could not pass it up. I'm so glad I bought it , and I use this more than I use my Macbook now. The battery life itself is actually pretty good to. I wrote a review on this item before but other problems appeared and they deserve a review. I purchased this laptop and realized initially that the seller cheated me on the pen. The pen that came with this computer was not original Microsoft pen a cheap pen. I wrote about this before, however, other issues arose long after I purchased the computer. I purchased the laptop with Windows 10 professional and paid more for it. However, I could I realized later that the blue tooth and some other functions were not working. Took a half ear for MS tech people realize that the operating system needed an admin to fix the problems, The seller simply shrugged off saying the warranty time was over. I was in Europe at the time working there with much problems with missing functions. When I returned I communicated with the seller again trying to convince them to send me the email address of the operating system admin so I good resolve my issues, they refused. I reported them to Amazon. I suspect the seller has a pirated copy on my laptop that is why they can't give me the key per Microsoft support people. It took me a long time to convince Amazon that they are working with sellers who are selling pirated copy of the operating system to people and this is against the law. Amazon promised to delist the seller. But I see that never happened either. The bottom-line is that Amazon was also was not honest either. The result is so many people having problems with this seller as I read the reviews. Just do not bother with this seller, you have no Idea what the real cost will be. ... show more

I had a Surface Book before I got this one. This one has more bells & whistles (YAY!). We needed one down at the office, so I set my old one up for the office and ordered this one. This one is a renewed/refurbished laptop, but you would never be able to tell it. It looks brand new, there’s not a scratch on it anywhere. Set up was easy and fast and the screen resolution is beautiful. The one bummer was that the Surface Book didn’t come with as Surface Pen, which I used a lot on my other Surface Book. I emailed the seller and they said that Microsoft stopped including Surface Pens in 2019, but they said they would send a Surface Pen to me anyway! Now that’s great customer service! Although the computers specs look with a decent hard drive and 16g ram, the processor is 7-8 generations behind. This computer cannot run windows 11 (shocking) and I had warning signs coming from the computer about CPU being stressed to the max while just streaming a zoom call. Don’t waste you time.

Seems like a great deal and would have been, but unfortunately this appeared to be defective. The screen would randomly dim and brighten (not because of adaptive brightness). Base would randomly detach so the keyboard and touchpad would not work. This also meant the tablet wouldn't charge and likely what caused the first issue mentioned as a result. This looks and operates like a completely brand new laptop. There was not a single scratch or smudge on it. Been using it causally over the last couple days and it still doesn't need a charge. The battery was the biggest worry of mine with a refurb but it looks like it is fine. Came with the pen and they were kind enough to include a battery for it too. I am very very pleased so far, but I'll still be making sure it holds up through the 90 period. ... show more

Best case scenario, this computer was factory reset and resold. It's super scratched up and has A LOT of software & hardware issues. I'm extremely disappointed that you advertised it as, "professionally inspected, tested and cleaned to look and work as expected". It's super glitchy and it's impossible to even edit one photo without freezing up or the laptop powering off on me. The keyboard and keypad both randomly stop working in which I have to disconnect the screen and snap it back in place for it to do it 20 minutes later. Plan on getting this back. ... show more

But, this one is great and I love the speed of response when working on graphics. Came with a stylus and keyboard cover as well.
