    • Does what it's supposed to do. A little flimsy.
It fits snug on many surfaces as stated. Any piece of two layer material really does the job for a windscreen, however this one looks professional. The bendable metal arm is a little weak. The weight of the pop filter will drag it down a little.

    • I definitely needed this.
When I first hooked up my mic I thought that it was good enough not to need the pop filter but the fact that the mic was so good actually necessitated the need for the filter. This pops really came alive and this filter dropped them out nicely.

    • The flexible arm holding the screen is weak
The screen does it's job. The "pop" is indeed filtered. But the flexible arm holding the screen up is weak. So it holds only is certain angles, but it drops in many others. It is annoying but also limiting to the angle the microphone can be in. I would look for a different product.

i have a stedman for my better microphone at my main office setup, but i have a generic mic at another part of the living space, so i wanted something inexpensive in terms of a pop filter. this one is that soln and it works well combined w a foam windscreen. plosives are handled relatively well, so i can't complain. ... show more

    • Hard to adjust
The pop filter works just fine. But it's hard to get it adjusted to just where you want it. Takes a lot of fiddling to find that just right spot. It's sturdy and I think it will hold up well.
