The filter is kept in a tiny box, the filter was folded in half. And left a 2inch scar. That may not ever fix itself. It's a nice filter it fits on the Yeti fine but I noticed when unboxing it the filter was folded in half I had to gently stretch it and apply it over the blue yeti. 2-3 times for it to fit properly. I noticed that the from the very tiny packaging, and the filter being folded in half inside this small box. Once attached to my Blue Yeti is when I noticed the scar. Which was caused by the way it was packaged. This could of been avoided if the company would make the box bigger. And not have to damage bend or scar the filter in the process. And I am sure others who bought the filter have the same issue with it too. ... show more

Bought this for my Yeti mic it last for quite some time up until it didn't last anymore. It kept falling off my mic and just wouldn't stay on for whatever reason keep in mind my microphone was upside down and not upside right. So could that have been changed possibly but i've already switch microphones and filters so it doesn't matter anymore now. I'm just here to give a review on my experience. So if you do buy this filter and your mic is upside down flip it upside right that way your filter doesn't fall off. I think what ended up happening is the filter adjusted to fit the mic and when it did it opened it up and made it easier to fall off because it didn't happen immediately it happened over time. ... show more

First and foremost I want to say that the customer service from this company “VocalBeat” is pretty awesome the email they sent me made me feel like a valued customer of this product.. Sound quality: To be fair it doesn’t change the sound quality all that much it just drowns out those annoying sounds that the mic picks up but all together doesn’t harm the quality Value: I can see that there definitely are cheaper options, however this thing is very well made and fit snug onto my mic making it quick and easy, it’s made of a very strong foam that I don’t think you would get from those cheaper options Noise cancellation: This one for me is a bit lack I know it won’t drown it all out, I stream and have a noisy little fan in my pc that kinda makes it hard to hear but it takes some of that away just not all of it so don’t expect it to completely drown out background noise Pros: It’s made with a heavier foam making it quite durable while having a tight fit to make it stay and it makes your mic look way better because it just gives this certain attractiveness to it, Cons: not very many to be frank but a couple things I could nitpick is that fact that there were dents in it I couldn’t very well get out, that and it’s not so good for canceling louder noises like that pesky pc fan.. Final thoughts: Well worth the money to be completely honest it’s just made well and it’s well priced, that and the customer service is pretty great ... show more

I almost didn’t purchase this because a few I have had in the past are flimsy and cheap. I had no reason to think that this would be different. I was wrong. It fits perfectly over my blue yeti microphone, and does a pretty good job of cutting out a lot of background noise.
