Bought this in January - 9 months later, the top of the large dermabrasion tip fell off. I used this 1x a month. I will try to glue it, but it's poorly made. Also, be clear, the "blackhead removal too" is not a real function. Unless you want to have splotches on your face from the blood being sucked to the surface of your skin (like a hickey!). I mostly wanted it for the dermabrasion. And the smaller tip has a similar effect in that the suction makes a bruise on your skin. I thought the larger head worked, until it fell apart.

I read great reviews for the product. Sadly it did not work for me. No suction power; did not see any extraction. Unfortunately little late to return it. Hoping the company can provide me with some reimbursement or new device. I barely even used it.

I was hesitant to purchase this with no reviews but so glad that I did. I knew the former product was great so I was willing to take a plunge on the updated version. While I am sure visible results will take a while, I can definitely tell a difference in the smoothness of my skin. I combine with retinol serum every other night and have had no issues, even with sensitive skin using it on level 5. The 2 different size micro derm tips are super handy, especially when doing your nose area. Will update in a few months with before and after photos but I know its removing skin because I can see it in the filter each time!

Returned after reviewing the information. Not something I would use enough to keep too many attachments for me to want to use on a regular basis. I bought the face steamer also and will enjoy using that.

I've only used it once so far but it really worked. It really unclogged a lot of my pores. I could see all the sebum in the attachment and it didn't make my skin look red like when I do it manually.

The suction was more powerful tgat expected. Not sure why this device hasn’t had better reviews but I’m loving it so far. My skin is soft and smooth.
