Woodcarvers will appreciate the fine cut and various sizes. Both rough and metal cutting surfaces give a nice finish to grooves and odd angles around small carving projects. A nice set of files and packaged in a zippered holder to keep them easy to find when needed.

This is what I would consider a nice novice or entry level file set. Value for money is good if you are in occasionally in need of a variety of files in various shapes and sizes. Functionality is fine, but this set is for what I would consider light use. Some of the smaller files arrived with bent points/tips, which I was able to straighten with pliers. I can’t really attest to durability as I just got them, but they seem to be ok for woodworking and light use on metals and alloys.
